Step 1
Purchasing Farmland of 1 acre and above, depending on need and budget.
Step 2
Avail monthly subscription for a nominated agency to cultivate your land to produce food products, including seasonal organic vegetables, fruits and flowers. In accordance with your food preferences, animal products like Dairy, Fish, Poultry, Apiculture shall be centralised for the community although you may choose to have an independent setup on your farmland. All these products shall be supplied at your residence, Pesticide-free, organic and Sanitized.

Convert to Gated Community using available Govt. Policies for Building Plans
